Stratos is a qualified Engineer and Chef and although he is not involved in any way in the technical side on board, his culinary skills are "engineered" to fuel our guests' appetite.
He has served on numerous yachts since 1992 as a steward and or cook including the "Corab II" (sailing boat - 35 meters), "Tamak" (cruiser - 28 meters), "Fadi II" (cruiser - 35 meters), "Billa II" (cruiser - 35 meters), "Panthiras" (cruiser - 24 meters), "Mediterranean Sea" (cruiser - 35 meters), "Maistrali II" (cruiser - 25 meters). Last year Stratos was a Chef at the Restaurant "Sea Satin Caprice".
Stratos joined the "Arktos" in May 2006. He is fluent in English and speaks some Spanish.
